Scope.
This site provides information about our restaurant, reservations, and (where available) online ordering (“Orders”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts.
You must be able to form a binding contract. Keep your account details secure; you’re responsible for all activity.

Reservations & orders.
We may set limits (party size, timing, availability). Prices are in KWD and may change. For card payments, processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store card details. Cancellations/refunds follow the policy shown at checkout or in the confirmation message.

Allergens & accuracy.
Menu info may vary by day/location. Tell staff about allergies. We try to keep info accurate but do not guarantee it.

Acceptable use.
Don’t misuse the Service (e.g., unlawful, fraudulent, scraping, disrupting). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Content & IP.
All logos, text, images, and software are our or our licensors’ property. You may not use them without permission.

Third-party links.
We’re not responsible for other sites or services we link to (including delivery or payment providers).

Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Order, if any.

Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes.
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
