Payment status from payment providers (we do not store full card details).

To provide and manage reservations/orders, customer support, payments and refunds, prevent fraud/abuse, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

Contract (to provide reservations/orders), consent (e.g., marketing), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and legal obligation.

Sharing.
We share data with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payments, delivery/logistics, analytics, customer messaging—including WhatsApp/Meta services), and when required by law.

International transfers.
Some providers may process data outside Kuwait. We use reputable vendors and safeguards where appropriate.

Retention.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, accounting/tax, and dispute handling; then we delete or anonymize it.

WhatsApp.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta according to their terms and privacy policy.
